the room had a coffee machine and a kettle. the fridge was well-stocked (this was a definite plus). fluffy towels were provided in the bathroom.
the music from the bar downstairs was audible until after midnight (it was not ideal for sleeping).

The rooms had everything I needed, particularly the Nespresso machine for complementary coffee each morning I found the staff friendly. I was impressed with the modern amenities offered. I enjoyed the overall experience and would recommend it.

fantastic stay with minor hiccup

I must say, the staff really made this place shine! michaella and olivia were helpful (they even arranged an alternative hotel nearby for our first night). they treated us to lunch and coffee while we waited, a very kind gesture. i loved the taphouse and grill. Lara and louise at the bar were so cute.

the team showed amazing calm and efficiency in resolving a room misunderstanding, providing world-class hospitality and support. they secured an alternative nearby hotel for the first night and offered complimentary lunch. the bar staff were especially cute.

The welcome from the staff at check-in was genuinely warm. our room featured a smeg mini fridge and a dyson fan for convenience. the absence of sound from the bar below was surprising. It ensured restful nights..
i found that my room lacked a proper table or chair, slightly impacting functionality.

The location proved perfect. the staff displayed an really good level of service. They addressed every need with both pleasantness and utmost professionalism. i indulged in the breakfast. The meals also proved delicious across the board.

A Decent Stay
helpful staff friendly staff hair straighteners coffee machine sticky stairs loud environment single beds
The staff was friendly and helpful. The room included nice touches. There was a hairdryer and GHD hair straighteners. A lovely coffee machine was also available.
The stairs up were sticky and stinky, unfortunately. I found it very hot. Opening the window was the only ventilation choice. It was loud outside. The bed was not a queen bed as requested.
